Gen Alpha Education shall mean and include Gen Alpha Education Pvt Ltd and its content partners, their directors, shareholders, employees and consultants, and any entity incorporated by Gen Alpha Education, and all its other affiliates or related or connected entities, as applicable. Any person registering with / logging on to or using the Website, even if such person does not take or use any information provided on the Website (“User” or “you”), shall be presumed to have read these Terms of Use (which includes the Disclaimer and Privacy Policy, separately provided on the Website) and unconditionally accepted the terms and conditions set out herein and this constitutes a binding and enforceable agreement between the User and Gen Alpha Education (“Agreement”). If you do not agree to this Agreement (including any referenced policies or guidelines), please immediately terminate your use of the Website. For the purpose of these Terms of Use, wherever the context so requires the term “User” shall mean and include any natural or legal person who has agreed to these Terms of Use on behalf himself or any other legal entity. It is clarified that the Privacy Policy that is provided separately forms an integral part of these Terms of Use and should be read in conjunction. Illegality or unenforceability of one or more Terms of Use shall not affect the legality and enforceability of the other terms of the Website.

You acknowledge that if any information provided by you is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, we reserve the right to terminate your use of the portal and your enrolment into the school, to the extent applicable.
• In addition to the registration process, as part of your use of the portal or during the admission process, we may obtain certain information about you and your child’s performance. Some of this information may be Personally Identifiable Information. We may use, maintain, and store this information to provide certain services to you now and in the future, and may share such information with our Educational Partners or third parties in conjunction with such services or for the purpose of marketing. For example, as further detailed in our Privacy Policy, we may share certain materials or information about you with third parties, including your grades/scores in our classes. Irrespective of the fact if also you have registered yourself under DND or DNC or NCPR service, you still authorize us to give you a call or send message(not limited to only sms) from us or any third party for the above mentioned purposes till 365 days of your registration with us.

Privacy

Any information that you provide to us during the registration process or otherwise, will be protected in accordance with our privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) that has been separately provided on the Website at Privacy Policy. You are requested to review the Privacy Policy before using the Website. If you have any objection to the terms of our Privacy Policy, you are requested not to use the Website.

User Liability

The User, by the act of logging onto the Website and/or by submitting Registration Data is deemed to have consented to and has expressly/impliedly and irrevocably authorized Gen Alpha Education to use, reveal, analyse, display or transmit all information required by Gen Alpha Education. The User represents and warrants that all the information provided by him/her/it are true, correct and complete and if such information is found to be untrue, incorrect or incomplete, Gen Alpha Education has the right to take any action it deems appropriate in relation to the particular circumstances without any limitations.

The User is prohibited from using the Website in a manner that might damage, disable or overburden the Website. The User is further prohibited from obtaining any information through secondary means which is not available on the Website.

Representations, Warranties and Covenants

You shall not, directly or indirectly attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, other Users’ account(s), computer systems and/or networks connected to the Website through hacking, phishing, password mining and/or any other means (whether now known or hereafter developed or invented) or obtain any material or information through any means not intentionally made available to User.

• Creates liability for Gen Alpha Education or causes Gen Alpha Education to lose (in whole or in part) the services of Gen Alpha Education’s ISPs or other service providers
• Is in the nature of political campaigning, unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional and/ or commercial solicitation, chain letters, pyramid schemes, mass mailings and/or any form of ‘spam’ or solicitation; or
• Is illegal in any other way.
• The User understands and agrees that Gen Alpha Education reserves the right to remove and/or edit such detail / information at any time and at the sole discretion of Gen Alpha Education.

If you do post content or submit material, and unless we indicate otherwise to you in writing, it shall be deemed that you.

• Grant Gen Alpha Education and its affiliates a nonexclusive, royaltyfree, irrevocable, perpetual and fully sublicensable rights to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media

Discussion Threads and Message Boards

Discussion threads and/or message boards are available through the characteristic learning platform or any other School management system. These may also be part of Live Lesson sessions in the virtual classroom environment. The postings on the discussion threads and/or message boards, or the user’s presence on Live Lesson sessions can be read by anyone who is part of the same. Additionally, any information shared to a discussion thread and/or message boards, verbal or chat pod comment can be included in a Live Lesson session, and then it might be available and disclosed to all users of that specific discussion thread and/or message board, or live session. We do not assure the security of any information disclosed by the user on the aforementioned public forums. Therefore, any postings by the user would be at their own risk.

Online Privacy and Safety for Children

The online privacy and safety of children is a primary concern of Gen Alpha Edu.

Children must not provide personally identifiable information without providing prior parental consent or parental notification, which will include an opportunity for the parent to prevent the use of information and participation in the activity. Gen Alpha Edu never seeks any information from children below 13 years of age.
